Your PDF stays on your device.

PDF files, document names, text edits and signature images are processed in your browser. PaperNuvo does not upload them to a document-processing server. Opening, editing and exporting a PDF does not require an account.
Storage on your device
Saved signatures remain in this browser until you delete them or clear site data. Formatting preferences are remembered locally. Unsaved document edits normally disappear when you close or reload the page. Exported PDFs remain wherever you save them.
Usage counts
PaperNuvo automatically counts visits and PDF exports to understand usage and improve the service. These private statistics exclude document contents, filenames and personal identifiers, and do not use analytics cookies or cross-visit tracking.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects PaperNuvo. It processes connection data, including IP addresses, which may be handled outside your country.
Device fonts
Access to fonts installed on your device is optional and uses your browser’s permission prompt. Selected font data is processed locally and may be embedded into your exported PDF. Embedding flags are checked, but you must also hold the rights required by the font’s licence.
Contact and feedback
Feedback and contact details are stored with our form and email services so we can respond and improve PaperNuvo. Messages and contact details are kept only as long as needed to respond and handle related follow-up. Your PDF is never attached.
